Lockdown, Isolation and Mental Health

How is everyone coping with the changes that COVID-19 has made to our lives? Whats your strategy to cope with the increased isolation and changes? Anyone finding themselves doing more puzzles? I know my household has taken puzzling up since social isolation has started. Where do you find your puzzles? Newspaper, magazines or online?

Rotary District 9820 has a very good guide for Rotary Clubs on their website on mental health and dealing with COVID-19 anxiety. Find it here
