All credit card payments are processed using eWay's payment gateway. For security purposes, your credit card details will be processed and validated via eWays payment gateway for verification and approval. We do not at any stage, store your credit card details on this site. For more information about eWAY and online credit card payments, please visit


Donations to the Rotary Club Of Latitude 38 Inc. can be made by:

  • Cash to the Club Treasurer
  • Cheque made payable to the RC of Latitude 38 detailing the specific project that the donation is being made to.
  • EFT to Club bank account detailing the specific project that the donation is being made to.
  • eWay transaction via the club website.

All Donations will be acknowledged by a receipt from the club Secretary/Treasurer and monies directed to the particular project specified by the donor.


Refund Policy

  • In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, full refunds will be available in the instance of major faults/defects with all memberships/events/donations.
  • Persons not happy with the goods/events or other commodities sold by the club should contact the Club Secretary
  • Club Membership is normally non refundable.
  • Requests for non-membership refunds such as events and donations must be made via email stating the reasons a refund is being requested. If approved, the Club would then refund the money to the Credit Card that paid the original amount minus credit card processing fees.
