Membership of Rotary eClub of Latitude 38
On payment of dues, Membership is on a yearly basis and is governed by the Club Constitution and By-Laws. Resignation, Cancellation and Termination of Membership is governed by the Club Constitution.

Online Payments
The preferred payment method for membership dues is via EFT. Credit cards are not accepted.
Donations
Donations to the Rotary Club Of Latitude 38 Inc. can be made by:
- Cash to the Club Treasurer
- Cheque made payable to the RC of Latitude 38 detailing the specific project that the donation is being made to.
- EFT to Club bank account detailing the specific project that the donation is being made to.
All Donations will be acknowledged by a receipt from the club Secretary/Treasurer and monies directed to the particular project specified by the donor.
Refund Policy
- In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, full refunds will be available in the instance of major faults/defects with all memberships/events/donations.
- Persons not happy with the goods/events or other commodities sold by the club should contact the Club Secretary
- Club Membership is normally non refundable.
- Requests for non-membership refunds such as events and donations must be made via email stating the reasons a refund is being requested. If approved, the Club would then refund the money to the Credit Card that paid the original amount minus credit card processing fees.
