Our club is looking to establish a birth tree for the Cardinia area. We have been negotiating with the Council to choose an appropriate site and it appears we have found that place. A birth tree is a register of newborns for the current year, names of which are engraved on a specialized structure in a childrens park. Each family wishing to have their child registered pays a fee which will go towards a recipient such as a hospital, Community center, ect. There will be more to come as this project is in its infancy.
