With support from the Cardinia Shire Council, Cardinia Men's Shed Pakenham and Residents committee the Rotary eClub Latitude 38 has opened a children's library located at Dragon Park Lakeside.
The library was officially opened on 19 may 2019 with Cr Michael Schilling from Cardinia Shire Council alongside young citizen of the year Meagan Venables. This collaboration will be valuable when later in the year we build another, along with a birth tree to welcome babies into the community, at an all abilities playground under construction.
